    As the name itself states, diversity and inclusion day refers to the dedicated working day to celebrate diversity and inclusion of different employees of a given organization. This has been recognized as a necessity by the UN as well to ensure all employees with various diversities are given due inclusion in the social circle within the organization. However, this being said, one would understand diversity and inclusion as something regarding only culture and social norms. But no, there is more to it.

    Diversity and inclusion considers not only about social practices, but the entire scope of staff’s social, mental, physical and such other aspects’ wellbeing. Hence employee health programs, routine medical check-ups, bonding sessions etc. also play a major role in this whole concept to ensure that all employees are healthy enough to work in the organization.Despite many organizations take the opportunity to celebrate their staff member’s diversity and inclusion concerns, the necessary benefits on this day which they deserve are hardly met by most of the organizations.

    To begin with, their right to a work – life balance, their right to a stress free working environment itself will be violated. As a result this will have a major impact on the level of a great corporate fitness Sydney of the company work force.On the other hand this helps the work force increase their level of engagement with departments and internal functions for e.g. the marketing department and finance department most often enters into conflicting atmospheres which results in adverse effects on the company’s overall performance.     One of the most important yet unsolved issues in among the corporate fraternity is the diversity in culture, language and values. It is understood that not every staff member enters to the company with equal level of education, values, beliefs, ethics etc. Hence often do companies run into issues due to the fact that there is a high level of diversity within the company among these aspects. Therefore diversity and inclusion makes a major contribution to the well-being of the staff members. It increases their bonding between other departments, other co-workers by creating a mutual understanding about the functions and each other’s role in the company. Hence it is understood that Diversity and Inclusion day makes a significant contribution to the betterment of the corporation through increases bonding and productivity levels of staff.
